As a successful and growing independent school, Aldenham recognise it is important for their catering to reflect their core values and to underline the value for money they offer.

Stern were originally involved in 1999 with a review of the services provided.  When this revealed that significant improvements were possible, we tendered the contract.  This led to the appointment of a new supplier who both raised food standards and reduced costs.

We remain involved with the school and have completed a number of independent service and financial audits to ensure the catering continues to offer the best possible balance between quality and cost.  We are currently working closely with the school to plan physical changes to the facilities.  This will secure their long term viability.
