The scope of work has included two major group tender projects, one of which was UK only across nine sites and the other involving their Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam offices. 

Additionally we have completed operational standards reviews, financial audits and benchmarking across the estate. 

Our most recent project has been to identify and assist in implementing significant cost-savings across their entire EMEA estate.
