We initially completed a review of two sites which resulted in improved quality of service and reduced costs.  The client recognised the benefits of our input by extending our involvement to the remainder of the estate, where a number of contractors were employed. 

Following a review of each additional site plus a tender of one of them, we negotiated an improved contract with a single supplier across six of the sites, aligning financial reporting and key elements of the Service Level Agreement whilst still allowing the individual operation of each site.

We remain involved in ensuring adherence to the original agreement via scrutiny of quarterly trading results and provision of service quality reviews.
