Following the dissolution of the small, local contractor they had employed, Rolls-Royce now manage the catering services at their Chichester factory directly. 

They recognise the importance of ensuring they continue to benefit from a competitive financial and qualitative arrangement.  Stern were therefore asked to complete a thorough and constructive operational and financial audit resulting in a business plan to aid them in this process.
