Stern Consultancy were originally appointed to work with Total as part of a tender for their onshore Facilities Management contract in Aberdeen across two sites.

They recognised the high profile of catering as part of their FM services and used the level of detail we were able to provide as a template for the entire FM tender.

The result is a revised contract showing worthwhile savings and providing a modified platform for the effective future management of their contractor.

Stern are retained as part of the qualitative and financial monitoring of the new contract.
