Jane is able to draw on 30 years’ experience as caterer, business development professional and consultant to ensure the projects she manages result in achievable, practical solutions. 

Having previously held senior Operations and Sales positions within a number of large contract catering organisations including Compass, Sodexo and ISS, she brings unique business acumen to the way in which Stern Consultancy operates, to the benefit of our clients. 

She has managed consultancy projects both in the UK and abroad and retains an ongoing brief from numerous clients, including Pearson Group, EMI Music, The Law Society and T-Mobile who recognise the value she brings to their business.
