Sara has been a Director of Stern Consultancy for over fourteen years, and has worked on wide-ranging projects in the UK and abroad.  Clients include Invesco, RIBA, The Goldsmiths Company, Oracle Corporation and The European Medicines Agency. 

The experience previously gained working for Sutcliffe Catering (now part of Compass) both directly managing a number of large sites and on a group basis is invaluable in understanding the practical elements of effective contract management.  More recently Sara has developed a special interest and expertise in working with clients who operate commercial contracts. 

Gaining an MBA to add to her BSc degree has assisted Sara in being able to offer an analytical, strategic dimension to adding value to clients’ catering, whilst retaining the practical, hands-on approach that is fundamental to our business.

Sara is instrumental in researching and presenting the courses Stern run on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), applying her significant industry knowledge to ensure an up to date, thorough and inspiring session.
