This involves six-monthly reviews of operational and financial performance at four catering outlets.  Feedback from reviews is then shared both with Addleshaw Goddard and the caterers to ensure that constructive action is taken to keep the catering sharp.

Additionally Stern Consultancy developed a financial risk and reward scheme linked to key performance indicators measured at the six monthly reviews, which help ensure the caterers are clearly focused on their performance.
