The planned consolidation of BCUC from three locations to a single High Wycombe campus in 2008 required a radical re-think of catering services. Challenges such as the wish to incorporate high street style catering, social hotspots, flexibility and maximize flow through the campus provided a stimulating and challenging commission for Stern Consultancy.
