Stern Consultancy were initially appointed to complete a review focused on the hospitality services at BUPA's head office, where, due to the high profile of VIP guests, it is critical that the highest standards are achieved. As a result of our recommendations, practical changes were implemented by the caterer leading to greater satisfaction levels and higher usage of the facilities.
Stern were later appointed to complete wider-ranging reviews of BUPA's catering facilities in both London and Staines to verify that they are benefiting from the best possible value in return for their investment in catering. This meant reviewing food, marketing, staffing and hygiene standards, together with financial performance.
Observations and recommendations were clearly set out in such a way that the caterer was able respond in a constructive way to achieve BUPA's objectives.
