Design & Planning

• Vision document - this will form the foundation of the catering design brief and will be based on specific company objectives and or vision documents. 
  

• Catering design brief - used to plan the physical layout of the services and equipment required. This will also form the basis of the service specification for an operational tender where required.
  

• Detailed design work – which includes the preparation of concept layouts, schematic drawings, equipment lists, M&E requirements and other detailed information required by your project team. 
  

We collaborate with other trades and disciplines to ensure all parties have the information required to ensure the catering brief is fully delivered. We have no commercial links with any equipment supplier, which means that we deliver the most appropriate and cost-effective design solution to our clients regardless of the scale of their project.
