Iveco

Iveco have a head office in Watford, Hertfordshire and a factory in Winsford, Cheshire.

Stern Consultancy were initially appointed to complete a tender to let the catering contract at both sites.  Having completed this, we were then appointed to complete quarterly qualitative and financial reviews to ensure that standards are maintained and where possible driven forward.  Additionally, an incentive scheme was developed that was designed to ensure that the appointed caterer was able to focus on improving performance.

Additionally Stern Consultancy have been appointed to complete a number of special projects, including a review of the style of service that should be offered and staff surveys in order to ensure that service is aligned with customer requirements.
