Stern Consultancy have managed a number of projects on behalf of JP Morgan Chase. These include:

• Redesigning three of their catering outlets
• Food cost purchase audits
• Detailed financial audits across eight UK sites

In 2004 JPMC conducted an international tender for their catering business across the entire world. Stern Consultancy were appointed to support the team on the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia element of the bid. This involved the development of meaningful proformas and assistance in evaluating the qualitative and financial bids. We were involved in final negotiations prior to the appointment of a single contractor for all sites.
