Pinewood Shepperton Studios

As part of a complete restructure of Pinewood Studios' business, it was decided to review the catering operation to ensure that it would offer a valued service to tenants and users of the Studios and increase its financial viability.

The commercial contract was retendered by Stern and let on the basis of widespread redevelopment in return for a long-term contract. Standards were much improved and the financial return to the Studios increased.

Soon afterwards, Shepperton Studios became part of the group. Both sites were therefore retendered and a new supplier appointed, together with a significant capital investment plan that would ensure a more commercially viable catering operation for the future.
