Slaughter and May are one of the UK's leading law firms, with offices based in the City of London.

Stern Consultancy have had a long-term relationship with the company. Most recently we worked with them to select a caterer to operate the extensive staff, hospitality and partner dining facilities in their new, purpose-built building. Once a contractor was appointed, we maintained an informal relationship and are called on from time to time to verify that services and costs benchmark well with the best available in the market.
